Each entry in the database represents a different Warning Light or Progress Indicator.

- Adding a New Indicator: To add a new indicator, click on the "+ New" button and fill out the relevant fields, including:
- Indicator Name: A short, descriptive name for the indicator.
- Description: Details about what the indicator is and why it's crucial to track.
- AARRR Funnel Stage: The stage of the AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) funnel the indicator relates to.
- Status: The current tracking status of the indicator (Not Tracked, Ready for Analysis, In Progress, Active, Archived).
- Owner: The team member responsible for monitoring and analyzing this indicator.
- Related Cohort: Link to specific cohorts to track warning lights and monitor progress indicators across various user groups on your platform.
- Updating an Indicator: To update an indicator's status or other details, click on the name of the indicator to open its dedicated page, and edit the properties directly from there.
- Using Views: Use the different views to navigate your data:
- "By AARRR Stage" to see indicators grouped by the stage of the user journey they apply to.
- "By Status" to see indicators grouped by their tracking progress.
- "By Owner" to see indicators grouped by the team member responsible.
- Indicator Status: Regularly update the status of your indicators to reflect their current state:
- Not Tracked: Indicators we've identified but haven't started tracking yet.
- Ready for Analysis: We're tracking these indicators, but haven't started analyzing them yet.
- In Progress: We're actively analyzing these indicators.
- Active: We're consistently tracking and analyzing these indicators.
- Archived: We're no longer actively tracking these indicators.
- Connecting to Other Databases: You can connect this database to others in your workspace using Relation properties. For example, you might connect a Warning Light or Progress Indicator to a specific Cohort or a Strategic Question.
