- Adding a New Cohort: Click on "+ New" to add a new cohort. Fill out the relevant fields:
- Cohort Name: The descriptive name for the cohort.
- Description: Detailed information about the cohort.
- Status: The current state of the cohort (Untouched, Ready for Digging, In the Trenches, Data Treasure, Archived).
- Owner: The team member responsible for studying this cohort.
- Relate to other database**:** Connect a Cohort to specific User Value Indicators and Warning light to enhance data correlation and deepen analysis.
- Updating a Cohort: To update a cohort's status or other details, click on the name of the cohort to open its dedicated page and edit the properties directly from there.
- Using Views: Navigate your data using different views:
- "By Status" to group cohorts by their progress status.
- "By Owner" to group cohorts by the responsible team member.
- Cohort Status: Regularly update the status of your cohorts to reflect their current state:
- Identified: Cohorts we've noted but not yet examined.
- Ready: Cohorts we're prepared to investigate.
- In Progress: Cohorts currently under analysis.
- Completed: Cohorts analyzed with insights obtained.
- Archived: Finished cohorts no longer in active study.
